Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Viareo mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Viareo provides AI-powered photo analysis for travel discovery and planning. Users can upload photos to identify locations, receive place information, and generate AI travel itineraries. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis and is subject to change without notice.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Viareo.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos containing illegal content, nudity, or content that violates third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Upload photos of private individuals without their consent.
Scrape, bulk-download, or misuse the API.

Intellectual Property

The Viareo app, including its design, AI models, and generated content, is owned by Viareo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading photos, you grant Viareo a limited license to process them solely for providing the service to you.

AI-Generated Content

Travel plans, location suggestions, and itineraries generated by Viareo's AI are for informational purposes only. Viareo does not guarantee accuracy of place detection or travel recommendations. Always verify information independently before making travel decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viareo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Termination

Viareo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
