These Terms & Conditions apply to the Viareo mobile application (“Application”), developed by GYMO MUTLUHAN YAZILIM BILISIM (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.

Some features of the Application may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
• Payments are handled by Apple or Google, not by the Service Provider.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service (AI analysis and travel planning).

We do not use your content for marketing or public display without your consent.

The Application uses AI to detect locations and generate travel plans. Results may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

You should not rely solely on the Application for critical decisions such as safety, navigation, or travel arrangements.

The Application requires an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any decisions made based on the Application, including travel planning, bookings, or navigation.

We may suspend or terminate access if the Application is misused or these terms are violated.

We may update or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
